14-21 JUNE 2020

Welcome to our Virtual Prayer Room!

In our prayer weeks we love being able to take our hours of praying in a shared space as a Church family, so have created this virtual space to bring us together in our own homes as we cover the next 168 hours together.

How to use this space:

  •  Sign up for an hour or more through the button below.

  •  Explore the Prayer Stations, Devotional and Resources areas for some guidance on how you might want to spend your hour(s). An hour can feel a little daunting to begin, so think of this space as visiting the prayer room. You can engage with as much or as little as you find helpful, these resources are simply there to focus you on Jesus and the needs of our nation, and kick start you into prayer.

  •  Use the Prayer Wall area to share anything from your time with Jesus - it may be a phrase you felt drawn to, something you were declaring in your hour, a picture you drew, a song you listened to, a word of encouragement, your prayer - the options are endless! Think of this as adding your prayers as you would in the prayer room. We're so excited to watch this space fill up from our family over the week.

  •  If you have anything you would like our team to be praying for personally/specifically, please use the Prayer Requests area and our team will be praying throughout the week.

  • Use the Midday Prayer area to access the resource that we will be reading through all together each day at noon to help structure our hour.

  • We have provided some creative ways to engage with the devotional for this prayer week on the Devotional area. You'll also find the link to the adults and kids devotionals here.

You can find all of the mentioned areas
through the menu at the top of this page.

Pick an hour, or a few, and dedicate that time to asking God for His Kingdom to come. Pray by yourself in your room, pray as a household, link up with some others and pray over zoom, pray as a small group – however works best for you, join us in dedicating this week, night and day, to contending for the restoration of the city, the renewing of the nation and the world. There are more of us in this church than there are slots over the week so it’s ok to sign up for a slot that has a name already on it.

Let’s dedicate this week to the Lord.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand”

// Ephesians 6:10-13

Join us on this prayer adventure of asking God to give us his heart and teach us how to pray for our community, our nation and our world. Whether you can do one hour over the week, one hour a day, or more, let’s unite as the family of God and Take Your Stand.
